When something requires attention, Aria can provide helpful notifications directly to you or to someone you trust. Dedicated temperature and water leak sensors can also be added for situations where direct environmental monitoring is important.

Aria’s dashboard, automation engine, voice processing, and supported photo analysis run on hardware installed in the home. Some connected products still depend on their manufacturers’ cloud services, and those dependencies are identified before installation.
You decide what each person can see and control. A property manager or caretaker can receive status and use approved controls without access to private household information or system administration.
Aria is configured and supported from Petoskey. UPS backup is included for Aria and essential network equipment so the system can remain online temporarily during a power outage, provided internet connectivity remains available.

Most configuration is prepared before we arrive. Any required in-panel or line-voltage work is performed by a licensed electrical contractor. SAF-Integration handles the monitoring, integration, configuration, and commissioning.
After Aria has observed the home for several weeks, we refine alerts, permissions, scenes, and thresholds and confirm that each designated person has the appropriate access.
Pricing consists of a one-time hardware and installation charge and a month-to-month monitoring and support plan.
There are no feature tiers or per-device service add-ons. Some capabilities require additional sensors or compatible equipment, and those requirements are identified before work begins.
You own the installed hardware and may cancel monitoring and support at any time.
Aria is a smart-home automation and convenience platform. It is not an alarm, security, life-safety, professionally monitored, or emergency-dispatch service. Existing alarm systems, smoke detectors, and monitored services should remain in place.
